Refund policy

Thank you for showing interest in our courses. We ensure that our users have a rewarding experience while they assess, and enroll for our courses, whether it is a classroom training or online seminar.

There are terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. Our refund policy is as follows:

Cancellation & Refunds:

Ideaboard Pte Ltd reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event, or change the location of an event because of insufficient enrollments, instructor illness or for any other force majeure events.

  • In case Ideaboard cancels an event, 100% refund will be paid to the candidate.
  • If a cancellation is done by a candidate 7 days (or more) prior to the event, 20% of the total paid fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to the candidate.
  • If a cancellation is done by a candidate within 7 days (or less) of the event, 50% of the total paid fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to the candidate.
  • If a cancellation is done by a candidate within 2 days (or less) of the event, no refund will be made

Please write to Payments@ideaboard.sg with the subject line “Refund” and we will work on your refund request within 2 business days.

Refunds: Duplicate payment

Refund of the duplicate payment made by the candidate will be processed within in 5 working days post intimation by the candidate.
